Fast service and they make the coffee exactly how you asked them to.
I go here 6 days a week with two others, we literally order the same three drinks everyday. Yet every day they mess it up. Omit the cream, omit the sugar, omit the flavor shot, add cream when not wanted etc. I use order on the go, they still wait until I'm there to start making it. They use granulated sugar for gold coffees which doesn't disolve. They never once have mixed or blended the drinks (cream or sweetener into the voffee). I walked into the store and said my name, that I ordered on the go...the lady stared blankly then went to get another girl who understood and could speak English. We gave them 20+ tries to get an order correct and every single order has been made incorrectly. In suppose it's still my fault for going there time and time again expecting it to be right once.
Now that I live out of state and am safe from retaliation in the form of spit on my breakfast, I feel I have the confidence to finally rate this establishment as it should be. Unfortunately I cannot because you are not allowed to rate under 1 star. Home for a week, I decide to see if the place had changed from the poor quality of before. It hasn't. As you pull up, you are almost certain to receive a soft-speaking employee who seemingly doesn't know how to use the headset. After having to repeat your order, you are free to pull around. Go ahead then, and take in a sip of thick syrup that you asked them to "go light" on. Make sure to swallow without closing your jaw, or the infinite crystals of undissolved sugar will pop in every tooth crevasse you have. Head on off without your receipt, unless you need to take a left, you will never be able to pull out. You are now stuck there forever drinking your terrible coffee and..... GODDAMN THEY FORGOT MY DOUGHNUT
Food good didn't give me type of roll I asked for not fond of chibatta rolls wanted croissanttook forever cashier talking to!another customers drive through took!order did not ask for payment had to tell her I didn't pay yet
The young lady behind the counter was amazing she was the only one working and she was running the drive through, the counter and preparing the food. She did all that and I barley had to Waite. The employees of this location are the reason I drive buy many other dunkin donuts to go to this one
