We went to the McDonald's in Brookfield CT with our daughter and grandson she wanted to use her amp and nothing worked the same with another lady trying to get the specials supposed to have free ice cream no go for that either when asked answer oh well not very helpful if your amp and people react this way. I hope when you have the amp it should work when you are there or employees should honored.

Great McDonalds but doesnt get 5 stars bc they charge an additional $1.20 something as a drink upcharge without telliing you if you ask for an orange juice with you breakfast combo. I thought that was included in a combo but apparently not. Manager/owner should revise this policy to train to ensure this is communicated.
