I had visited this establishment three times now. The first time I was 10 minutes late for an appointment immediately after work and I was told I wasn't able to be seen because I missed my appointment. The second time was just for a normal cleaning and such and everything went fine. This time I have a 5:15 appointment (which I was 10 min early for) and I'm sitting here an hour and not even seen yet and told her it's only going to be a few more minutes. Just don't get it. Why is there time more important than ours?
