Very short wait, incredibly friendly, helpful and hardworking staff. I've visited this location on four separate occasions and the diagnosis has been quick and accurate. My last visit included a not-so-easy diagnosis, however the attending went above and beyond by pulling outside resources to help me, and the radiology technician assisted in doing others' duties for they were backed up. This is a well organized facility with more-than-competent staff.
Literally wasted over an hour for a physician who doesn't know what she's doing, to tell me I'm fine and does not have an infection. I told these dummies I'm in pain from head to toe with throat and ears hurting the worse and that I took mucinex and Advil and it does nothing. I've been in pain for 3 days and yhey want me to continue taking Advil and wait 2 more days for them to send tests to lab before I can get antibiotics. I went to the ER and I was toldI have an infection and need antibiotics.
Love half of the staff, the blonde GIRL not woman girl at the counter with glasses really needs to brush up on her customer service. Rude wouldn’t even look at me, dirty looks when I told her I didn’t have my ID.. definitely not going back there while she’s working; give good customer service and you’ll get a good response back. Oh and smile hunny it goes a long way.
Excellent medical care facility. No wait times. Treatment with utmost respect and care. Very professional staff. Clean and hygienic facility. They give true definition to medical care.
