I won't use tiger-direct again, and NO ONE should purchase items from Discount Laptop Shop. Use Amazon.
Today is Thursday, Tiger-direct just emailed me saying if I would pay for another one they would refund me shortly after I sent back the one that never worked to begin with. So my company needs to pay for another one to replace the one that was sent out in the first place in non-working condition. WOW.
I contacted tiger direct and was told that I need to contact Discount Laptop Shop. I was answered quickly by Jim S. He said they would be happy to send me a new drive. That was on Monday. The next two days I couldn't get a reply via email on if the items had shipped. On Wednesday I called twice and was assured by the woman who answered that my call would be returned.

Wow what a terrible experience I have had with Discount Laptop Shop. I purchased the laptop through Tiger Direct and it arrived a few days later. When I went to power it on it couldn't find/read the hard drive.
