The Manager of this Store - I believe her name is Deb can either be great if she's in a good mood or she can be rude and discourteous. My husband went in last week and she at first ignored him and then was extremely irritable towards him. Some of the employees do a great job at greeting you when you enter and others just ignore you. Culture comes from the top down so if the manager cannot hide her emotions depending on the day, her employees won't be inspired to do the same. Customer service should be consistent and to the highest standards for each and every visitor.
