The owner once ripped fabric off of one part of a jacket, then used Elmer's glue to glue it on another part, and I was charged $5.00. I was appalled when he did that and I could have done it myself for free if I wanted to. I once had a suit dry cleaned, and a spot which wasn't on it before was visible when it was returned. If it weren't for a stain stick, it would have been ruined. Their turnaround time is extremely slow.
