The salesperson, Christina, was very helpful and the purchase process was very straightforward. Quality of the adjustable bed and gel/foam mattress seem top notch (but realistically, only time will tell) and the delivery and set-up was on time, and professionally carried out by Mario and his crew. Thanks to them all for a positive Bob's Discount experience!

Communication throughout the delivery process was spot on. They notified us 30 minutes and then 10 minutes before arriving. None of the typical 4-6 hour window with no clue of when they would should up.
