It's amazing in this age of instant communication with cellular phones, emails and texts that they have no idea where their trucks and YOUR furniture is and can't find out, isn't it?
You're about to spend a lot of money so do your research and consider other stores besides Charge More and Fail Again, whoops I mean Raymour and Flanigan. (Freudian slip I suppose.) Every store you visit has a nice showroom and very nice salespeople willing to help you any way they can; the real story is what happens after you give them your hard-earned money.
So think carefully if you want this type of experience from Raymour and Flanigan. You're probably about to spend thousands of dollars on furniture - is this really how you should be treated?
I've always had great experience at R&F. I've always managed to deal with polite sales people and always leave very pleased. I absolutely love my furniture. Very pricey but great quality.

Well apparently I went about this all wrong, I didn't know I was supposed to wait patiently at the front door, 8 hours a day hoping they would arrive. (If you need to take time off from work for deliveries take note). They eventually did and I thought "well this is finally over". Well, it wasn't.
I'm already exhausted from their failure on what should be the simple part of the process where I give R&F lots of money and they give me my product since they failed so miserably at it, I'm thinking I need to get a double-espresso to have to deal with trying to get their fix-it crew out to my home.
So disappointed with the service. Ordered a couch with pillows and the couch came with the wrong pillows. Called and was told by manager that he sees the error and will order the pillows now. One month from that call I find out that the pillows were never ordered. Called and was told they will now order pillows. Asked that it be rushed and was told someone will check on doing that. Called back since no one called me to confirm and each time I call I was told the Manager is in a meeting. I would not go back to that store ever again. Still waiting for my pillows.
My sales guy was Doug and seemed very nice but in the end he let me down. R&F not only couldn't deliver my $3000 office set when they were supposed to, but they couldn't even tell me when it was going to come! A call to customer service about their 3-hour deliver window ended with their person telling me it could be whenever. Hmmm...that's not what the salesmen Doug promised me, and it's not a good answer for the customer. When I asked if they could call someone and find out when they would be arriving she got huffy and said she would have to call me back.
I called "my guy" Doug and he seemed very upset and apologetic and said he'd find out what's going on and get right back to me. Wanna guess what happened? Yup - never called.
Sales associate was very pushy into selling a adjustable bed base and informed me that I can return or exchange the adjustable base if I wasn't happy with the product. I called couple of days after and was told my the manager that they don't accept returns or exchange, apparently their sales associate will lie to you in order to get the sale. We aware.
One of the drawers in the desk doesn't completely open. It looks like the ball-bearing slider rail is bent or something. Funny thing is, their installation crew left it this way. Either they A) didn't test the drawers as they are supposed to or B) didn't really care to get involved in having to fix it. Either answer is unacceptable when you're spending thousands of your hard earned dollars.
