Jim and his office do a great job at making sure everything is right. If a premium payment is due, I'd likely get a call as a reminder. They're very organized which is a rarity in this day and age. I would highly recommend Jim and Nationwide to those looking for home, auto, or really any type of insurance. If Jim doesn't sell it, I guarantee he knows a good person who does.
