I came home late one Saturday night in February 2011 to find that I had an ice dam that was leaking in through my bathroom window sill. The next morning, I had no idea who to call or what to do to resolve the issue. I'd met Charlie Harrison a few times at a networking meeting, and he'd recently spoken about ice damage and what to do. So, I shot him an e-mail early that Sunday morning with a subject line that read "If you read your e-mail on Sunday, give me a call!"
