I have been a very satisfied customer of the Ultimate Fitness Superstore in Avon, CT since purchasing a BodyCraft HTF Strength Training System in October 2014. Recently I bought a BodyCraft VR500 Pro Rower which provides a full body and cardio workout to complement my existing equipment. Key to both purchases was the assistance I received from store professionals. For the initial purchase I was assisted by Frank Bentkowski who has now transferred to their newly opened store in Brookfield, CT; I was pleased to hear that Frank remains with the company and will benefit customers in the Brookfield/Danbury area.
For the rower, Danny Soto, owner of the tri-state company with multiple store locations happened to be on site in Avon on that day and assisted me. Both were good listeners, attentive to my needs and goals; provided recommendations tailored to my needs from the large selection of quality equipment in the store; and, did not pressure me for a decision. From my experience, if you are interested in home or commercial fitness equipment, an Ultimate Fitness Superstore in your area is worth a visit.
I bought my IC6 Life Fitness at another Ultimate Fitness store but when I have had a question I ended up talking with Frank. He has answered our questions and been of more help than I could have expected. I truly recommend this site and this product for anyone looking for a good exercise cycle with excellent support.
